Teyakaraj Ringasamy, 22 years, from Sungai Siput, Perak. He is on a Pemanent Resident status and holds a Red IC. He was offered a place in KPJ Healthcare University College, Nilai, Negeri Sembilan to do his Diploma in Pharmacy for 3 years. Teyakaraj could not sit for his final examination as he could not settle his fees. His father passed away in 1998 and his mother left him after birth and could not be traced.
